I'm excited to try re-growing celery. There are quite a few youtube videos on the topic. This one suggests scoring the bottom before rooting, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TnOQMlxVjw
ReplyDeleteI love cutting celery. A friend gave me starts a couple years ago and it quickly became my favorite for chopping and adding to all sorts of dishes. I did see starts at Bakers Acres in Alexandria 2 years ago, but not sure whether they had them last year.
